In another aspect, a novel plurality of biomarkers as described herein is provided to diagnose a subject having glioblastoma multiforme. In yet another aspect are methods for treating a subject having glioblastoma multiforme by administering one or more therapeutic regimens for glioblastoma multiforme. In yet another aspect are nucleic acid arrays comprising nucleic acid probes that hybridize to one or more glioblastoma multiforme genes.'
