Swedish health services company Feelgood Svenska AB said on Tuesday (17 May) that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire the healthcare services companies Ostermalmshalsan AB and Vardkompaniet AB.
The companies to be acquired provide company healthcare services, rehabilitation services and traditional healthcare in the Stockholm area in Sweden. The companies have a total of some 50 employees and a combined turnover of approximately SEK53m.
Feelgood said that it expected to sign a final agreement in July.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
