PEOPLE ON THE MOVE.(Business) - Seattle Post-Intelligencer

Swedish Health Services, which includes Swedish Medical Center, Swedish Medical Center/Ballard and Swedish's Home Health and Hospice program, has named Douglas Waite senior vice president of financial services. In addition, Swedish Medical Center Heart Institute has named Jay Bohreer executive director.

Technical Solutions, a computer network solutions and systems integration firm, has named Warren Barkley systems analyst.

Cathy Jeney of Windermere Real Estate has been elected to a two-year term on the Apartment Association of Seattle and King Co.'s board of directors.

Jonathan Hayes has been named executive director of the Washington Economic Development Finance Authority.

Heritage Bank has named Rick Craig mortgage loan officer in its Pierce County loan center in Tacoma.
